does anyone know any good universities in switzerland or germany that is good and close to ski resorts? where i dont need to speak another language besides english????
german universities are extremely hard to get into and they are nothing like american ones, you go there to study and you probably wouldnt have time to ski
the schools in switzerland are really hard. I went to a school there last year though it wasn't a universitie the school was still really hard. If you want to go to ski I'd just say to take a year off and just ski everyday.
come on, the colleges aren't that hard! you've so much vacation!
there's one in munich, innsbruck(aut).
there's anoher one in freiburg, you can't ski the alpes pretty good, cause it's three hours far away, but you can ski the black forest which is pretty sick!
there're 3 resots with parks and good backcountry!
agree with germanjiber the colleges aren't that hard it depends what you study as long as you're not trying to become a doctor or so there is lot of time for skiing in switzerland i would go to luzern just half an hour by car to engelberg perfect backcountry resort and 45 minutes to andermatt nice resort too also in the french part there are some good universities near ski resorts such as lausanne
yup. lausanne is great. we get a month of in feb for exams but you only have 2 or 3. i only got 20 hours a week this semester (i got a 4 day week end). the studies are all in frensh
I'm studying in Munich right now, which is pretty close to some good skiing in Austria, but it's all German. However I'm sure there's more than one American institute in town. Also, I met some American kids studying at an all-english institute in Innsbruck, which is your gateway to the Austrian Alps. I'd def. check schools in Innsbruck out.
