im finishing my freshman year at UNH. its a lot of fun from a social standpoint and there's a large enough student body that its pretty easy to find any sort of group of individuals with a common interest as you on campus.
i wasn't able to ski as much as i did during high school, mostly due to some other commitments that i had.though i was able to get a fair amount of days in over the winter break, (dec 23 to jan 25). if you can find someone with a car, that likes to drive, then you'll be all set in terms of skiing.
i would recommend the NE pass, its for Loon, Sunday River, and Sugarloaf (runs a little over $300 i think).
