Unequal helmet padding, making helmets safer??

Anybody ever hear anything about this? Looks like its blowing up. Baseball, football, hockey, everybody is using it.

Gonna order some pads and throw them in my helmet and on my back protecter. I mean it can only help?

The hat one might be pretty good if you ski without a helmet

How much extra room does the padding take up? If (for instance) your helmet is already quite fitted, will adding the padding from that take up extra room, therefore you won't be able to put your helmet on anymore.

their site is saying the pads are 5mm thick. Probably too thick if your helmet already fits properly.

Idk, it looks like it's safe for everything cept skiing /sarcasm. I don't really see how it could hurt, will only add more protection.

Lots of snowboarders are using it.

Good snowboard friend of mine took a dub 10 in the pipe to the head, dented his helmet and was totaly fine.
