undershoot or overshoot??

Fuck, this. Hitting the knuckle, getting smashed then sailing out into the flats like half-upside down and getting smashed again. At least if you overshoot you only get wrecked once, and all your gear is sitting in the flats rather than half of it sitting on the knuckle so you have to hike your winded ass back up the landing to get it.

i don't know... if you look at the extremes, tanners undershoot, and Simon's overshoot I think I'd rather overshoot.

Casing looks so gay and IMO, can hurt ya just as bad as overshooting and I case really often so yea, def overshoots

both are just scary as fuck if you think about it. imagine your at chads gap. undershooting = tanner tall. overshooting = traveling like 180+ ft in the air, thats a lot of fucking time in the air to think about how bad that landing is going to hurt.

Are you kidding? Dumont got so lucky surviving that overshoot, he pretty much fell from a 6 story building to flat. You case, good chance your going to have a pretty horrible injury (80+ ft jump) you over shoot you actually may die.

my last over shoot that fucked me up... i was thinking.. man i hope i do not shit my pants when i land.

i did not shit... thankfully.

Overshooting sucks, especially in nova scotia, not only are you falling from high up, you're falling from high up onto ice. Not fun at all.

overshoot if it was painless, looks a lot better. but since it isnt and it is pretty much like falling twice as far to flat, def knuckle, isnt that bad.

I would way rather undershoot, I over shot a 30f jump a while ago by at least 15f , so much scarier and painful.
