^ not many people know about swollen members in the u.s. except for anyone who does extreme sports. but in canada they're huge. yea and most of the artists on that list are not underground. so many people have heard of del, nappy roots, etc. i agree that people think everything thats not played on teh radio is underground...shit thats fuckin gay...on the radio all i hear is 50 Cent, Ja Rule, and Nelly...i dont even listen to the radio.

And Tony Touch is a mixtape dj im pretty sure. Some of my favourite underground artists are Cannibal Ox, Aesop Rock, Cage, Copywrite, and the group Atmosphere.

spooks are fun to listen to but there music sucks...the beats are just cheap and hella anoying, the energy they put out when raping kinda over shadows those flaws, but they don't deserve to be in that listen, there are better rappers/groups out there.

the line between underground and conscious hip hop is often blurred...i mean, a few years back, atmosphere was as undergroudn as you get, and now they're on one of the main stages at warped..

Del tha Funky Homosapien aka Deltron Zero, originally played with Hieroglyphics.

Deltron 3030 is a group. It's a combination of one mc, one producer, and one dj. It was project consisting of Kid Koala, Dan the Automater, and Del tha Funky Homosapien.

I can think of plenty awesome albums that are commercial successes and kickass.
