Underflip

if you have access to a trampoline, i'd definitely try it on there. the rotation is pretty dissimilar to anything else. i've thrown them on tramps but have no confidence in my ability to put it to snow.

learn cork fives and lincoln loops, couldnt hurt to be able to do rodios too, since it is essentially the same trick with the rotation more spread out. Just set the trick like a licoln but more back. Find a super poppy jump to learn them off of.

you should be able to lincoln... then its essentially quarter turn to start your lincoln and finish the 180 most of the way around

how ive done them is like a backflip but i look over my left shoulder when i get laid out as opposed to straight back. only did my first couple into a foam pit friday. feels really really weird. i was kind of lost in the air but instinctively got around to my feet i guess. i ended up switch... so i dunno

How I learned them was, I learned lincons got decent at them. Then I would go off the jump and concentrate on throwing 90 then linocon then 90, took me a few tries (I found the last 90 is hard and frequently used to have to butter out) but I got it in a pretty short amount of time.

I kinda set it like a weird cork or d spin maybe and then drop my head and shoulders left, then spot uphill to land. But it's blind so it's kinda weird

try setting it like a backflip, but look at the lip when you take off. i dunno if that helps but thats how i learned. i couldn't do lincoln's beforehand. i think it is more crucial to be able to backflip than lincoln

Underflips are one of the easiest inverted tricks you can do. You can see the landing 100% of the way through the trick and the way it's thrown makes a variety of grabs pretty easy to do with it

i learned underflip on skis after a lot of practice on the trampoline first, but i think that not everyone got the "foot" to do this.

I learned them on snow when i was learning corks, basically i just carve in like i am spinning hard and just set my head back.

underflips were the first thing i learned after backflips. super easy for me just do a backflip 180

I accidentally learned them by doing a flat 5 and dropping my shoulder a lot more than needed.
