underflip help?

i can lincoln pretty smooth now but i can't underflip!?!?! all my buds who can loop can underflip...they try to give me pointers and they tell me that it is almost the same as a lincoln but with a rotation...well anyway it doesn't help me so i need some pointers form my homeez at NS.

kind of like 90 lincoln 90 or just try a super corked 3 carve off the lip and throw your face down by your knee but go five not 3.

i had the same problem when i started to throw them. i work out on the tramp everyday now. underflip is a lincoln loop 180. you can throw the 180 after you roll. last year cr jonson hucked em on the forth hit in slopstyle in x games. and once you start throwing them it becomes really smooth. good luck. fish

 
At the US open CR threw natural underflip to unatural underflip, thats why he's a pro and we're on this website
