so i heard this story last nite about this kid that went to my school. hes about 6foot 6 and mad wiggerish, and like star of the basketbal team. so hes in this gang and he just got like a brand new pistold, and so him and some friends went out one night. and they have this like gang sign that you flash when you wanna sell drugs. so hes out thuggin and flashes the sign at these to 2 guys, well turns out they were undercover cops. he get arrested with a bag of weed, bag of coke, and a pistol and he was the only one with stuff on him. so hes goin to jail for about 7 years i think

You people are crazy. Why would they lock up someone for 7 years because they had coke, weed and a gun. If he was using the gun then yes 7 years easy but for possesion no way. Plus I bet he is underage so there is no way in fucking hell he will get 7 years.

It is very possible, depends on like how much, intent to distribute, use of drugs, DUI, loaded gun....etc theirs so many legal bullshit items they pull
