^ i don't think there is any problem. i'm underage, and have had my fair share of drinks. I think its alright as long as it in a controlled environment, you don't get outta hand, you don't do it like every night, you know your limits so you don't wake up in your own vomit, and you don't bang fat chicks.

i drink really responsibly and im 16

i had had 2 beers, 2 hours later the cops showed up and had us surrounded before we even noticed so we couldnt run (we were camping) we all got breathalized, i blew .01 and have to do an alcohol counseling session, a 1 hour class, and some other stuff + pay $150 to take the class

all that and i was barely buzzed

i had all the same punishments after getting busted when i was 17, what a load of bullshit that was.... my classes met every week for like 2 months

 
in our area the local enforcements have started a thing called party patrol, where they break up big parties and they separate everyone into age groups and anyone 18 or older they take to jail, and everyone else they can they take to the station where there parents have to pick them up. they couLd care less about a couple of kids drinking they are on the look out for the jackpot in our city.

I just turned 16 and we usually go talking with the cops while we`r drunk and i`m not talking after 2 beers but after like 12 and more...and they dont care, probablly just tell u to go home or something. once they just took my beers and drowe away..they usually just interfere when things start to gett messy (fights and such)

i had to call the state to get info on class times n stuff and in vermont theres a "no tolerance policy"

if it werent for that i wouldve contested it but i guess if youre underage you have a problem ify oure drinking not even half a beer

my friend beer bonged a 40 tonight in his basement, he took in alot of the ass and foam and yakked,knocked over a 40 bottles, which caused my friend holding the beer side of the funnell to raise it cuasing a geyser of beer to shoot in the air.

underaged can have up to a .02 boc in vermont, in case youve been drinking echinacea or something like that thats fermented i guess... but if they saw you with the brews your fucked, even for posession and im guessing thats what happened.
 
I turn 21 in a couple months so I'm gonna take it easy on drinking til then....it would suck to get busted a couple months before my birthday
