Yup. As the property owner, he is responsible for anything that goes on in his house even when he isn't there.  Defense attorney will say that he made an environment in which these activities were deemed acceptable. Also, ignoring that, charges are still unlikely if no one narcs, because then all they have is video showing circumstantial evidence. You would have to look the camera directly, state your name, and then state that you were drinking etc. Even when someone narcs, it is likely the worst you could get is a weekend of community service if you have a clean record, and this is still ignoring the first part about how the dad pretty much has to be bluffing.
