Under your breath

yeehawfuck it, yolo (4 teh lolz)

that weird clap thing i saw andy p do once

or i just imagine a ton of people watching, gets me stooooked

put on the most boss song in my playlist then tell myself im a FACKIN baws.

and if im really feeling boss il bang my fist together and sag my pants more

the first time i was trying flips i was just telling myself that its not gonna happen by itself and im just going to have to sack up and commit. lots of "fuck its" and "lets do this" and "oh shits" happened

Do people actually speak-out about their emotions or claim they do? It's all inner-confidence to me. If I'm going to try something new, I need to be 100% on it. I don't say anything, I just do. Does saying 'fuck it' honestly inspire those who do it? I'm a bit confused.

not so much telling urself to do it but more of watching other people try something new and telling them to "huck it u little bitch"

i always sing or whistle whatever song is stuck in my head. strangely i always have a song stuck in my head when i'm skiing.

Usually end up saying things in my head, but usually things like "you've done this before, keep it consistent and you've got it"

... Which really sucks when I want to try something new.

lower their expectations, and give yourself something to prove

I just visualize everything untill it seams right in my head, and then sometimes mutter something like fuck it, sending or something along those lines.

"Fuck it", "Fuck it and huck it", "Chargin it!"

and my most common phrase I say to myself

"You'll feel retarded when you realize you didn't need to be scared"

SQUUAAADDDDD. Then I put on music with gun shots, fog horns, police sirens, and helicopters. Nothing will get you more pumped.
