Unbalanced in the air? (Even on ground)

So i have problems with doing my 360s.

I just tried do to in at home just on my feet, jumping then turning 180 or 360 degrees.

And for some reason i always falls a little bit to the side and get off balance as soon as i am in the air.

But i have no idea why. Even when doing 180s just on the ground i get totally off balance and tip over to the left side (Eventho my 180s on ski are pretty good)..

Do you have any idea what i can do to prevent this?

I'm actually well trained, going to the gym since 5-6 years, did also bodybuilding at times.

I don't think it had to do with core strenght

sounds like you're looking down when spinning. Try to look directly over your shoulder when you spin and you should keep on axis

I’m a little bit salty torwards that type of excercise, but bodybuilding doesn’t really help with your problem...

Try less static types of excercises like step ups with kettlbells or something like that

Well im used to it, people hate on it for some reason. prob shouldn't talk about that, but w/e.

The thing is that I even dip over slightly when I jump straight up. So I feel like something is wrong with my sense of balance. I just don't know if it's actually something wrong with it or if I can just train it

If you are even off balance just jumping up maybe see a doctor..? Never heard that before :0

Did it on a trampolin today, worked absolutly fine. It's really weird.

Maybe it has something to do, that i'm spinning on the ground already somehow and this tips me off balance.

On the trampoline, i'm jumping pretty high so i have way more time to spin in the air

you probably pop or set werid. a video would help.

This

And your core strength doesn't matter as much as whether or not you flex your core and keep control of yourself and dictate what's happening in the air

But yeah post a video and we'll def be able to tell you what to fix

Going in the tramp park tomorrow again, trying to spin cleaner.

Was my first time at the park and managed to lern misty and backflip. Had no problem with spinning, so i don't get how i have such problems on ground and doing 3s on kickers.

I will go to the parkt here, ski the next day and if i still got the same problems, i'll post a video.

But i feel like i will get it this time.

remember to eat you eggs ;)

all these posts and no one has suggested just learning how to fucking ski first? Honestly, if you have trouble doing 180s on the ground, I'd suggest just practicing skiing all over the mountain, carving, popping off rollers, try riding switch, riding moguls and spend a little bit of time in the park.

With 180s on the ground, i mean without Ski.

I'm good with doing 180s over medium sized kickers.

Probably didn't explained correctly. 180s and 270s on the flat ground with skis are no problem.

Carving is working good aswell, I got okay control on the pro line, doing straight airs aswell (Never did any more than straight airs there, tho).

I feel like i did something fundamentally wrong with the popping for 3s.

As i said, i'll try in 2 days and report.

Thank you for your help anyways :)
