hey, im likely headin to UNB next year. wonderin what there is for skiing within reasonable distance? this could make my decision

^Jonnydanger that didnt tell him shit all man. Crabbe is a strong hill. good steep pitch, some bumps, trees, rails, tables, and pipe in the future. oh ya...great snow and little rain. Crabbe is great.

hey i ski at crabbe www.crabbemountain.com its a pretty good hill awesome skiing, our park gets stronger every year, i cant see a pipe happening soon, but u get used to now having one, past few years theres been alot of new glades cut, pretty gross lodge and bar but the foods good, its about 40 mins from UNB, unb has amazing urban rails, the campus is on a hill, making for sweet biking too theres a huge scene there for MTB, ya and theres a bus that will pick u up at the university i think and drive u to the hill on weekends its like 5 bucks, seasons passes are 250, ya i dont know what else to tell ya

well ya half the time u get booted out but thats only if someones complaining about it,theres other rails that are away from offices and stuff

Hey dude, what's up? Well as far as Crabbe goes, it's aight...best snow conditions in NB or NS...most consistant snow fall by far. They always push to open first in atlantic canada. They stay open the longest as well. The hill is actually skiable into May on certain pitchs.

The city of Fredericton is an urban wet dream. As for a scene. We are lacking. Definetly behind Wentworth and Martock as far as scene goes. The stores in town are majorly over priced as well. As far as other skiers at the hill, believe about half of what they say. Sad reality.

Recommendations, if you'r into comps, and can get around, then travel to Martock, Poley and Wentworth for the comp scene, good time with some good people from both provinces.

Fredericton is the gayest, fattest and most STD filled town per capita in Canada. NB also has the second highest beer consumption in the country, despite having one of the smallest populations. Bars are sketchy but generally a good crunk time. Any other questions, hit me off, peace

That's right Dyl-sickle...hardly skied at a resort in 2 years, yet could still school your ass silly. I won't deny it man, I bet my air sense is lacking...rail balance isn't something that you lose though. Creativity when sessioning isn't something that can be learned either. Dylan, when you stop hiting 2 foot high booters on campus with flat landings and step up to HALF of the rails I conquer, then come and talk to me.

You'r balls will never grow if you stay small time. And NO ONE on this forum can argue with me as far as taking the largest number of hard hits per session/day/season to try and progress myself and the sport.

Truth be told, I could still work the shit out of you young bucks in a Crabbe comp. You beg Norm to let me compete and I will take your money. Don't disrepsect my credibility.

I've done more myself for this sport than ANY other Crabbe skiers put together, not to mention worked with all the other leaders of the sport in Atln. Canada to push for comps, inverts and just general sickness that can compete with scenes in other places of the east coast. You should beat off to my resume.

 
u gotta realize iam only 15, hell i dont even have my drivers licence yet so how am i supposed to push the sport at crabbe?, i have school to go to, and u havent even seen me ski lately iam alot better than i was when i was like 12, all i want is for u to stop lipping crabbe, we dont have people like thor at our hill to build our park and organize comps, it was awesome when u and cross were there cause u guys would always be pushing everyone and the mountain to go bigger the place coulda been alot better by now if u hadnt left and cross wasnt a massage coke head or whatever he does, but this year there isnt going to be any 'baby booters' the snow they already have piled shows how big the park is going to be
