Unable to upload video

I tried to upload a video today and after a few hours it still said "This video is encoding. Please check back later". I thought it might be because of the file type (.mov) so I tried again with .avi and that also still says its encoding after a few hours. Am I doing something wrong or does it normally take almost 10 hours to encode. My video is about 30 seconds long by the way.

I'm so sorry. I think there was a problem with our server move last week and it wasn't working for a day.

Try again, and if it doesn't work we'll fix it on Monday.
