Unable to do 3s anymore

hey,

two or three days ago, i was throwing the biggest threes in my life, something like 40-50 ft table (maybe smaller).

and yesterday, always when tried to do spins, i leaned back and hit my back. My skis were a little on the ground, so i hurt my shinbone because of the impact inside the boots.

I landed 0 out of 7 tries over 20 ft tables.

Same with 180's. i hardly could land them.

Does ne1 had this problem? I guess that grabbing would help, but i cant do a grab anymore with a 3. I fear that i loose all the balance if i add a grab.

Dunno, maybe i need a break...

When I land my threes in the back seat its usually because i didn't keep a wide enough stance when coming into the jump.

WHen that happened to me It was because I had always been hittingn big jumps with more kick so then when I took it to small jumps with no kick it messed me up, but then I went back to the big jumps and it was fine again.

keep a wide stance up to the jump and if you want to get them back just try em off a 40 footer and just look over your shoulder, you dont even need to wind up or anyting. Spot your landing and make sure you're not looking up in the sky during your rotation

I get that sometimes man and i always get sore shins as a result. It seems that 9/10 its my pop is wrong. I go home, watch some ski movies to get my back in the mood then im fine. After the first couple of falls you just lose confidence and continue to fall i find
