yo anyone on here know anyhting about umaine farmington and the ski indusries program they have. Also whats the campus life like? Is there enought stuff going on?
 
I don't know much about the program, but UMF is sick. It depends what you want to do tho really. It's like 40 min from sugarloaf, and the town is really nice. it's a small maine town, which is mainely centered around the university. it's nice, not a lot of stuff around, but enough to get by. the campus itself is really nice, and the town has such a good feel to it
 
My cousin went there and he seemed to have a really good time. All the kids I met were chill and they always had some good party stories and all seemed to like the school and town. Close to some good mountains too.
 
yea, decent parties, lots of herb, like the dude said before "40 minutes to sugarloaf" and like an hour to sunday river.

dude im finhsing up my application for umf as we speak.. i visited over the summer and it seemed pretty chill.. i guess the only gripe i had was the campus left alot to be desired.. but yea the ski industries certificate you can get is a major plus and also being 40 minutes from sugarlaf is sick... are you out of state or do you live in maine?
 
there isnt a lot going on up there but its a nice campus and 40 mintues from seth wescotts house too haha but its a nice school
