ultimate frisbee

i played at wrestling camp at wvu on the mountaineer football field. the basics of the game are pretty simple, but when starting out, we had never played, and the team we faced, had. theere are a lot of simple rules that can be overlooked. pay attention to those, or you'll get screwed like us, haha

we play it in xc all the time to, we play for like 3 or 4 hours at a time, and we are the state champs, so obviously it does something good for us. mercer, we should get together and play aginst eachoter sometime.
