yes, it is not very good marketing to show your ..eeerm.. 'rude' side to potential customers. If you go to a store and the sales clerk is being a dick, even if it is to someone else, do you really want him to help you with something? Do you really even want to buy anything from the store?

If you run a business, you are required to show some people skills and a good attitiude to be sucessful. You actions represent each and every person on your team, and the impression you leave is the impression you leave of the whole company.

NOw When some people think of ulta-matem , they might just think of this thread. It seems small but it makes a difference. So just to re-cap, if your going to be in the position that you are, learn to carry yourself well.
