road opens friday...anyone been in the area and know if its worth drivin out there?

right now they have the road plowed to mirror lake at which point there is still 6-8 feet of snow on the road. lots of riding still to be done. Its variable though, some parts of the range has 3 times as much snow as other parts. I'll be going up again soon.

on ksl last night they had some picture of a truck with the snow at least 2 times as high. and the road is open.

how do you get out there from park city?

head straight east, through kamas. just search for mirror lake highway or mirror lake utah on google and a million things will come up.

where do you guys go to shred?... up near the snowmobile place at the summit?... or am i completely off?

I actually havent been up this year. i skied up there a few times late season last year, but there are so many spots to ride with a ton of snow right now, it probably doesnt matter much if your just building a jump.
