We cannot deny their right to protest. However, this harms their cause more than it could ever help. These people are truly fucked in the head. They make me sick.

a lot of times they do publicity shit like this when there is an important figure's death or big news-headlines 'death' (morbid way to put it). But then they never follow through with protesting there, and instead announce it just for some attention from the public.

I'll take a Christian point of view on this: One of the ten commandments is that "You Must Not Murder". So by saying that god exercised his judgement by killing those kids is a contradiction to a blatant order in the bible.

No, I'm not a hardcore religious guy. Church only on christmas and easter and I didn't read the bible. BUT these people seem to be so devout yet contradict a commandment. Fuck that shit.
 
I cannot condone that as it goes against everything this country stands for. However, if someone were to do that, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

Except for the fact that when Westboro usually goes and protests, they bring their kids with them because they are all homeschooled, and the kids stand with them with signs.

as far as i know these guys do these "protests" and their sue sue sue (America's national sport) when someone does something illegal like block them or fuck them up. trololol to the bank
 
For real why havent these people been beaten yet, one good beating would stop them from showing up to any thing ever again.

AND if the media didnt hype them up so much they would be gone long ago.
 
They could technically charge a differing numerical value of them for the same crime unless a couple of them give everyone up.
 
I don't know, but that raises an interesting point. What if like 500 people show up to the funeral and then an "unknown" person causes a distraction, causing this anonymous group of 500 people to panic and lose control, accidentally trampling/killing all of the WBC protestors in their haste to leave the area?
 
nobody pay them any fucking attention, seriously its so unfortunate that one of the first things i thought when i heard about the shootings was i bet the westboro baptist fucks will protest the funerals...so much hate just going around all the time its seriously disheartening
 
I bet if you created a facebook group and invited all of your uconn friends and had all of them invite their friends, etc. you could get a pretty big group of people to go.

The WBC is going to "protest" at the funeral for the children/teachers who were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School by picketing with signs essentially saying the victims were sinners and fags and deserved it. They are a sick, sick group of people.
 
maybe now they're going to say that the bible and god say that being young is wrong, so the children deserved to die for their sin of being children?

Being a Christian I'm dissappointed that these people are doing these protests, they go against everything that is taught in the Bible, they manipulate it for their benefit. It sickens me.
