Anyone going there next year. They have some dope urban, I would probably ski at Wachusette or Sundown. Anyone?
 
i go here now. you'll probably want to get a pass to either snow or like the okemo/sunapee/stratton one for $300. really good deal. i put up another thread about a month ago, i got an apartment and i think we're going to build something in our yard if i have enough dough and time. its a real good time though, i love it here
 
Man fuck wachussett or sundown you can come with us and drive an hour and 45 give or take 15 minutes to mount snow for a mountain thats like 8 times bigger with the best park on the east coast. It's blowing up next year, believe the hype. I mean don't get me wrong I love sundown and I have nothing against wachusett but when you think about it you can get a snow pass for 275 and there are a ton of us with cars.
 
urban sick around here... almost done with my freshman year and did alot of shit. deff get a mount snow or sum big mountain pass with all the college deals. yo but thats sick ur comin here good school
 
oh word that is fucking dope. I may just get a pass to crotched and mt snow just because my house is 30 from crotched. That is bomb, i will def. do that
 
ya mt snow will be dope next year, something to consider is the sundown saver pass. $80 up front makes night skiing $15 for the rest of the year.  Hit that shit up after class.  I will also be at the conn.  transferring in as a sophmore
 
Sundowns blowin up next year, we just got done filming a part for meatheads. Such a chill place here, get the night pass thing, I'm up there every night, super chill/fun environment. We had the burton open here too this year and the money booter was prime, perfect lip. Definitely come check it out, it might be small but its gunna be sick next year
 
yea i go to uconn and i was able to ski every weekend this year and do some urbans on campus and nearby storrs. basically cause of the in state price, i can still afford to ski all of the time
 
why waste your money going to college if the world ends 2012 just SKI for the last 4 years of your life
 
a little, but at least you know now, and can drop everything for the next 4 years and ski as much as you can.
 
2012 isnt going to happen your ridicules.. but hey def go with the mount snow pass i live like 15 min away from uconn and its worth it.. wa wa is fun too! in my opinion its better then sundown! def worth the trip up there to shred at night
 
you should realy look into sundown...they have some dope stuff and just finished the meatheads shoot and have a couple shots in the trailer(cork back 810 tail off of the "u-rail' and the x-cat hand plant)

and if anyones going to uconn, when are you moving in? i'm here now and theres not much to do haha
 
If you don't find anyone to do urban at UConn, I'll be game. I live in Glastonbury (by Hartford) and I'll make the drive to get some shots.

Yeah my mom tried to tell me that too but then i was just like nigga and i threw my shits on my ski rack
 
i'll be there early saturday morning so i can get my shit together before some fun goes down that night. i probably won't have room in my car to bring my skis but i'll probably have them there by the end of september. we're gonna try to do a rail jam on campus this year so i'll keep you guys posted so you can get your skis together
 
Sophmore on east campus in Sprauge (for now).  Will have my skis from the first day.  Look out for a crew hittin some urban with rink snow.  Feel free to join in.
 
damn i have been walking around campus these past days and have seen SO many urbans i can't wait til i get my skis

A seasons pass would be nice, but it's real slow right now, and it's basically you get all or nothing ... a bit of scam even on the Mountains part?

But the possibility is sweet if it works out. It's been slow tho... : /

definitely let us know when it's going down. i'm actually uconn's ski club secretary and i'm currently working on organizing a rail jam on campus, hopefully fairfield way. if you guys have any ideas on the rail jam or anything else you'd like to see uconn do as a club, let me know. come check out our first meeting this tuesday the 16th, join the facebook group for more info. feel free to come up to me after the meeting if you have any questions or ideas. my name's eric and you'll see me up front. hope to see you guys there

and ^ eric me and a bunch of others have class tuesdays 530-9 and im assuming the meeting takes place somewhere between there, what do you think we should do
 
don't worry if you can't make it to the first meeting. it's at 7 but it's more of an info sesh. just make sure you're on their email list so you get the info but i'll make a thread under this regional for ski club and i'll update everyone through it. but the jist of the meeting on tuesday is talking about week long trips to killy and breck during january break, okemo's coming in october with a movie premiere (last year it was msp) i'm trying to get another movie premiere this year too and then i'm gonna tell everyone about my plans for a rail jam on campus which i'm currently working on details for. if you've got any questions at any point, just hit me up

its gonna be this friday (9/19) starting at like 4 or 5 going til whenever the party switches from jibbin to dance partayyy

we're doing it at my friends house right on 32 like right next to the eaglevilledam, which is really not more than 5 minutes driving from anywhere on campus.

the set up as it stands now is gonna be a 24ft double barrel flat rail

we're using snow not rugs and soapp so its gonna be legit,

but word message me for more info, but it should be pretty dope and its a party too so bring friends

 
yea yea ivan just got off the phone wit mikey mike. shits legit. wat other way to start off a good school year with a killer rail jam. we just got to make sure we get trucks to grab the snow so if u got one let them know...
