U.S. open televised??? Level 1 productions SUCKS

When is the U.S. open going to be televised cause i can't find the listings anywhere. Also how long does it take to get the strike 3 dvd. i ordered it like a month ago and it still hasn't come yet. I emailed them and called them and they havn't responded at all.
