has anyone gone there?

is anyone going/planning on going there?

im halfway through my junior year of high school, so im starting to look at different schools more seriously...

im mainly interested in their environmental science programs...

haha you live in boner county haha jk. but laramie is a shithole my bro went to wyotech but i know they all party at fort collins, so maybe you wont spend much time in town
 
i know this kid that goes to wyoming and he likes it. he just goes into the mountains with his frat and just parties up there
 
There is nothing in wyoming. Especially by Cheyenne and Laramie. But if you're into being cold, windy all the time and want to be asked if you still ride your horse to school, then by all means go for it.

But really, I know nothing about wyoming except sweeping generalizations
 
well i don't know about the environmental science program, and i just asked a few of the people that went there first semester, (i'm at casper college) but its pretty much THE party school i guess.
 
U of Wy is a pretty decent school for a state school. wyoming's a pretty rich state, so the funding to the school is pretty good. the facilities there look really nice. that being said, laramie is a shithole. always windy, not really any skiing close-by, and full of wyoming hicks. you can definitely ski in colorado, but it's not a quick drive. everyone i know who's gone there just parties all the time, and doesn't do any other shit.
 
mostly true, except for the hick part. they're not as thick as you think.
but the town of laramie itself...yeah. freaking depressing.
its a hell of a school in itself though.
