Tyrolia Peak opinions

Hey guys i got myself a pair of 2011-2012 thalls (181cm) and im looking at getting the tyrolia peak bindings (specifically the peak 12). Anyway I just wanted to know if these are good bindings and if you guys have had good experiences with these binding. I myself and an advance-expert skier (80% park) 6' 2" and weigh 146lbs. Thanks guys.

I've had them mounted on Line Chronics for 3 years now. They are a great binding, a good amount of travel to prevent pre-releases, and they seem very durable to me. I've never had any problems with them. Also, FYI, these are the same bindings as Head Mojo and 4Frnt Deadbolts.

Great choice in bindings. Tyrolia Peak/4frt series is very underrated binding.

Maybe if you have the money bump up to the 15 din. A 12 din would work great but at your size and ability you might want the more durable 15 din in the long run. It has more metal in it and could take more abuse.

I have the peak 18's. Amazing binding. Just real heavy. The 15's are great. I wouldn't go for the 12 if I were you though.

For the time i had my peak 15s i liked them sorta, i found they were a little heavy, (heavier than my fks anyway), they released every time i needed them to and are very solid....ALTHOUGH my brakes sucked, idk why, but i broke both of them, they would bend all the time and sometimes not deploy, yes they were the right size brake, i decided to buy FKS instead, and will probably not ever go away, i feel more safe, and they feel lighter.....my litter bro has the peak 12s i want to say and they have the side to side release thing and they look super safe and are really light, overall the Peaks are very solid bindings but i woudlnt buy them again

I like the peak 12 cause im not looking to go on a higher din than 12 (at 6 right now and my binding barely release unless they have to). Anyway would the salomon sth 12 also be a solid choice aside from the peak 12.

yes! 100% yes, they are super safe, really durable because of the metal heel piece and really light, unless you get the 18, which you def shouldnt if your at a 6, the fks only comes in 14s and 18s but the 14s might go low enough for you, the only downside is there probably more expensive than the peaks

does anyone else have experience with these bindings. I really appreciate all the feedback already thanks guys. Anybody else though?

i have this exact set up the 11/12 Thalls and i have the peak 12s mounted on them. Such a great binding, i have nothing but great things to say about them. never had any poroblems with pre-release and they are a super durable binding as well

depends on which liberty bindings 2 years ago they had a liberty branded binding that was complete shit but now solid since they signed with tyrolia

iight thanks for all the input guys, im gonna have to go with the peak 12 for the price. I guess the peak 15 would be better durability wise but i guess ill see. Thanks though +k

It was Vist before and they were pretty heavy - in my opinion the Tyrolia are solid and pretty light in comparison.

Liberty also doing the AAA touring binding with Tyrolia this year.

I've got a pair of K2 missDemeanor, these skis a supposed to be good for freeride and park and for riding trails. I'm a newby in a freedtyle, but I want to progress. So what would you advise for me: tyrolia peak 11 or tyrolia attack 11?

I'm 164 tall and 52 kilos

The attack is the next evolution of the peak series. Go attack
