Tyrolia attack broken?

i have bought myself a new pair of skis this season with a brand new pair of tyrolia attack 14s.

after my 10th day of skiing i noticed a strange clicking noice when i put preassure in my skis and then lifted them uo again. After long research i found the problem. There was a 5mm gap between the afd and the boot. I adjusted the height of the afd and thought i fixed it. But a few days of skiing later there was this gap again. The afd height dropped. I also found that this always happens right after i click into my bindings when there is a layer of hard packed snow on the sole of my boot.

Im wondering if this is normal.

please help

sorry for my bad english

don’t clock in with a bunch of packed snow on your boot. common maintenance issue with attacks, use the search bar to find solutions in other threads. had to adjust my afd on my attack 16s for the first time the other day so i just did a bit of the same research. make sure to push/ pull the cuff of your boot so the toe is as high as possible above the afd before adjusting, “removing slack”. other suggestions were using some special epoxy on the afd screw so it doesn’t turn, i think the blue loctite, but don’t quote me on that go look at the other threads. i’d prolly say putting epoxy on the screw should be last resort. really the answer is if it’s happening when you’ve got a bunch of shit on your boot, get that shit off before clicking in…
