Tyrol Basin is the shit... Tyrol Basin is where i grew up skiing. it is what got me into skiing park... now i live in mammoth and i owe all that i've learned to tyrol and the MWAS and Cascade Posse...

I'm Matt Brogan... i skied with Ryan Schmies, Alex Applegate, Eric Kohl, Andy Harris, Nate Hammersley..and a bunch of others.... the whole original MWAS crew...

those kids killed it and still do... some of the original skiing inovators. pulling tricks that people are just now starting to do...

most of the new grabs that people are doing are just an old thing fot this crew... safety, lui kang, parallel, and many more...

Alex Applegate has been doing 'Crooked spins' since 97, this was the original Dspin... he did a whole variety of corked 7s..

I used to ski there, great hill for the MW, they care a lot about there terrain. A lot of cool people ski there too.

Im getting my season pass there next year. Their pipe is always perfect!! A hill really dedicated to its park and pipe!

i just want to say that tyrol is the shit. i go to school in CO now, but i ski tyrol every winter, and believe it or not, im always fucking stoked to get back there and ski. its my home mountain, and it always will be.
 
i dunno, i think cascade has had a better park over the past couple seasons. pipe especially. could use some more rails though.
 
i'm sorry, but cascade's park is shit. their rails are the stickiest things ive ever seen, and their jumps are pathetic and have no landings.
 
for a second there i thought we were in the Midwest Forum,

but ya... this year Sunburst Stepped up their park so the two might be at the same level... who knows...

im mostly at Suncurst and Cascade and hit Tyrol on occassion
