Ty Battersby is the only cool down, steezy, whatever else you wanna call it battersby. He is the original style and ashley just trys to copy it-- no offense ty but you can pull of that style ashley just looks like a fuckin ho who tries too hard and is all just an "image" she should just quit skiing and quit controlling peoples lives... ummm ty is really chill and burns a lot... not cocky, actually lives in slc, and is really good at skiing... he made me puke 7 times on my birthday
 
like some else said, the only reason i still own blueprints is to go back to his segment.

has anyone else realized hes been living in his sisters glory? i mean seriously, how hasnt anyone noticed that he has all the same sponsors as her? i thought someone had to say it.
 
Whoaaa cut the hate on Ash. Have any of you actually skied with her? She doesn't have a whole lot of footy out there, but she fuckin tears shit apart...AAND she's quite possibly the most down-to-earth girl I've ever met. For serious. Respect.

ty, dont talk about smoking. this site is predominently impressionable kids getting into the sport. maybe its just me, but i dont think they need to get the impression that to have your style and be well...good, that they need to do it. set an example. lindsey lohan denied doing blow solely for the sake of her young fans, when in actuality she snorted like pachino in scarface.
 
maybe she should stop promoting herself and start skiing, i mean fuck i see more ashley battersby shit around these days than anyone else and i cant even remember the last time i saw a shot of her skiing. she did blow her knee out this winter but last time i checked when someone gets hurt they dont promote themself because they arent skiing they basically dissappear until they redeem themself. i mean come on now are you gonna model ski shit or be a skier.
 
Ty told me he quit skiing to become a professional rasta and smoke the ganja all day while playing beer pong in my garage, i swear it's the truth.

ok, both ashley and her brother rip, they both have certain sponsors that the other doesnt have, but theyre still both good skiers...
 
she sent a thread with pictures of her eating icecream and talking about her switch cork 5 attempt. other people said it wasnt cork anyways. she seems pretty cocky to me

and just remember..who gets paid to ski for a living? yeah ....ty does ... hes got a good personality with a good head on his shoulders, and thats why co.'s like him, cuz hes got the sickest orginal style out there, and hes not a DICK! he doesn't people kids down for doing what they love, even if their not the best.

both ty and adam are really creative in thier riding. i cant remember which brother it was but at last years VT open, he did a cab true-nose grab late 180 shiffty thing and i was the sickest trick ever. unfortunitly he landed unbalance and ate it in what seemed to be slow motion
