In my opinion Cunninlynguists, and Jedi Mind Tricks should go big like Eminem cause every one of their songs they put effort into, and and dont push out shitty songs just so they can get a new album out, and they put all they can in their songs, and have sick beats, they deserve to big, and get a little money for all their hard work!!

Wat do u guys think, anyone else have underground artists that should go big.

ON ONE HAND IT WOULD BE SICK TO SEE GUYS LIKE CUNNUNLYNGUISTS AND JEDI MIND tricks go big but its kinda nice that they are underground, and i would just like to say DL INCOGNITO KILLS IT!

i have a feelin that if either artist "went big" you would stop liking them because other people would like them, and you would just tell everyone how you knew about them first and how awesome their old stuff was.

that's just my overall view of what happens when any 'underground' artist starts to get popular.

Cunninglynguists and JMT are dope def got some good stuff but Im bias to Immortal Technique myself dudes absolutely sick.

immortal technique is really good especially land of the gun, but he has kinda gone big. well he is starting to go big

yea he is but still dope.

theres a new canibus song that my friend has that you can remix into five different songs and it still makes since, thats dope.

I've got way too fucking much of him. I have all 3 CDs and there's probably 5 good tracks between 40 songs. They're all the same, going on about how he's not a typical rapper, although his good songs are really good.

Audio Coke

Universal Love

Anticipation

are his only really good tracks.

Hahaha I love when some kid at school comes up to me and tries to show me Jedi Mind Tricks and talks about how underground and new they are...they are really not too underground, and theyve been around since 1992 I think so theyre really not that new. But they are really good though.

i feel the same way. jmt's lyrics are horrible. they have an entire song about beating up gay people and they just talk about how much weed they smoke and how cool they are...........and i really hope a lot of my favorite artists don't go big. i realize it would make them a lot of money which i'm all for. i just like the idea of knowing and loving artists that noone around me knows about. i guess thats lame cuz it makes me sound like i'm holding my music above everyone elses but i guess i like it that way. when all people are talking about is pop, locking, and dropping it. i love that i have immortal technique caught in a hustle or a nas beat or even a jedi mind tricks beat. it separates me from some people in a good way

You want a sick underground rapper check out Sawbuck, that man's got his shit together. he's also a very chill person.

They are both very good. Cunninlynguists is better than JMT. Lynguistics and Nothing to give are two very very good songs. Swollen memembers is also an honorable mention they produce alot of good songs

JMT is cool the psycho social is fucking sick but after that it gets kinda meh. i don't listen to either much anymore

Look what happened to eminem when he got big, same with snoop and Jay-z. Being big time seems to take the soul out of alot of rap

big labels run by guys that only let out what they think people like. thus the reason we have what we do on the radio.

alright it seems like JMT is not ur in most of choices which underground artists would u guys want to go big?

I hope your not talking about Servants and Kings... because that album suuucked.

Violent by Design had some dope-ass beats, and thats about it.

Everybody who deserves to be big already is, they just do it indirectly.

MF DOOM produces the Gorilaz (or whatever the fuck they are called)

Price Paul produces tons of stuff for mainstream rap. and was a judge on that white rapper show (you could tell he was dissapointed by all of them).

Nas... well, he IS mainstream.

Although Cunning Lynguists(sp?) are good, they have a unique style that not everybody likes. Which is the reason that most underground rap stays underground.

Naw. No work on production. He only guested on "November is Come"...that is all. Maybe he produced that track? I know he didn't do much if anything on the production.

Zion I needs to blow up. Blue Scholars too (yeah sea-town). there are also some people who should make comebacks to the big stage.
