hahah, i remember in elementry school sittin behind this girl with my friends and we saw her but crack and asked her if she was wearing underwear, her parents started threatening us with sexual harrassment law suits and i didnt get to go to 3rd recess..... fucking bullshit

whole thing is out of proportion, suspend them for a week or something. i'm sure their parents would have disciplined them if that happened.

if they know of other students doing the same behavior as a "secret handshake" or whatever at that school. They should be blaming the school system for it escalating into this, or charging the whole school. Not just two boys who were somehow caught while others were not. It's not going to accomplish much more than ruining the lives of those two families. This is some funny shit, that's way out of hand.
 
i know i got in trouble in fucking 4th grade, so fat ass girl said i sexually harassed her, touching her boob (even though no 4th graders actually have boobs, just the teachers). when all i really did was push away that fat bitch who was trying to sit on my boy. it was such bullshit, i missed almost a day of class sitting in the principal's office.
 
even though people wont admit it, humans are animals, we have animal instincts. When monkeys greet each other, they smell each others genitalia. Or when a female animal is in heat, all the male animals will smell her vagina and you know the rest of the story...would you rather we did that?
 
Hmm I remember the days of such sexual abuse at Middle school. But does that mean I risked the same punishment by kicking the guys in the balls when they slapped my ass?
