Twixtor in the Otis video?

It looks like there's some twixtor used in the kanye/jayz video otis. Thought it was interesting, especially since a lot of people think of twixtor as amaturish

Look at the top right corner around 2:00

 
I think it's just a part of the roll bar closer to the front of the jeep since the camera dips a little.
 
Well seeing as that video came out pretty great in my opinion. I don't really care if they had to use Twixtor because they didn't want to buy a Phantom Flex for one shot, which I'm sure Jay-Z couldve paid for out of pocket with no issues.
 
look at the lens flare in the top right around 2:00, it looks like the lens flare is whats screwing it up. I assumed it would be shot at 120f/s with a red but there's definitely some funky twixtorish distortion there
 
I think you're just seeing the quick change from high speed to slow mo. The scene is so complicated, if twixtor had been used then you would see distortion everywhere. Besides I don't think they wouldve had frame rate issues, like i said, they had plenty of money for the shoot
