i got offered a good deal on the 2001 model Volkl-V 178's. should i take um? i ski a LONG all mountain with a race style side cut(small under foot) but i haven't got a pair of twins yet. are these good ski's? they seem small as hell to me. thanx for the advise!

If you're getting hooked up, get 'em. I was about 2 seconds away from getting a pair of them myself. Terrific all-mountain ski, and stiff enough to send you flying in the park. Ski 'em small though, they're pretty stiff.
