anyone know any tutorials online or can give a description of how to make a picture with multiple frames in one...

ive been just cutting it out and pasting it on the frame before it but i was wondering if there was an easier way...any advice would be nice

yea i have that but i have photoshop elemetns and the tutorial uses something else...at like step 6 i get stuck...cause i cant find how to mask it or what ever it says to do

There's an icon for creating a lyer mask in Photoshop, Elements is probably the same if you can use masks in Elements. I've written huge replies to questions several times when people ask how to make sequences, so search for it.

 
You mean like..putting framed pics inside one pic?

I thought the easiest way is to make layers of each pic and just add them.. maybe it isn't.
