Tussey Mtn pond skimming

This weekend Tussey is having our Spring Fest to end the season, including pond skimming. Supposed to be a rail jam as well. Of course, this all depends on not getting another weekend of rain.

I will be there and so will the couple other guys that I always ski with. I am sure no one knows about tussey
 
very generous. more like 5. they are so far in debt its unreal. and I have heard rumors of a new lodge which would be the biggest waste of money i have ever heard. I might kill someone.
 
From what I've heard (which could be off) they actually aren't bad as far as debt. The biggest problem is many of the owners don't care enough about the mountain to really invest in it. Simply fixing the snowmaking on Shamokin and actually running the t-bar would make the mountain a lot better, but most of the owners treat it as a free season pass and a way to store some money.
And as far as I know, the rail jam is still going on. I haven't talked to the guy who runs the park since this past weekend, but I'll keep updating if I hear anything.
 
Sounds like no rail jam. In his words, "I wouldn't count on it." But we are having a build tomorrow to set at least something up for the weekend, even if it just to session.
