Turning a Flat 5 into a flat 7

I've got flat 5's down pretty well (actually my only off-axis trick so far). The first couple times I threw them I spun them to 7 and fell over backwards, decided to try a 5 and it worked.

How can I turn it into a 7 on purpose now.

how do you throw your flat5's, cus i wanna try them but the explanations i've heard so far arent really helping me.

Um im guessing right after your apex just do an arials style punch to your left speeding up your rotation and just visualize that 7.

nah just set er harder right off the bat, that works for rodeo 7 for me

throw it like a flat 5 but drop your head to your shoulder i believe.

ps. do it on a bigger jump

I learned them on a much bigger and better jump, but they were dicking around with the good park for a comp. the day I brought my camera.

And I don't see how dropping my head will help. I'm thinking just spin faster.

I'll have to wait 'till I get to another good jump to try.

Honestly you just have to drop a shoulder hard enough and you're bound to land something.

any way to make that sick flat 5 of yours an off the hook 7. Dont lock your vision on the landing at 5 keep looking past it to 7. plus at the take off think 7 not 5 dont even open up untill your past 5. But know this young grass hopper "to take a flippy spinny trick and make it 7 one must first know that it may go 9)

just so i dont make another forum. I can flat 7 i ussually land at 7 or spin a lil on the snow when i land. but i just learned them last week so i huck and land at 7. but i wanna 5 is it just as easy as not hucking as hard? im afraid i wont make it around if i dont huck hard enough

is it kind of the same for rodeo 7? when i do rodeo 7s on the tramp i do like a 90 and then drop rodeo i'm just not sure how to do it on a jump

to do a 5 ya set it less and lock your vision onto the landing and stop looking over your shoulder. is that what your asking?

a flat spin is like the homer dance where hes running in a circle on his side. a kangaroo flip is a FLAT SPIN 9. im not sure if its a non inverted rodeo though
