Turning 21...

Where exactly in SL and what are you looking for? Bar Named Sue is my go-to place since its a quick bike ride away. Free pool, shuffleboard, darts, etc... $2 Tall cans and $.75 cans on monday, karaoke a couple nights week... VFW for cheap beer and underage girls on Tuesday... Dont know a ton downtown. O'Shucks/Ah Sushi on wednesday for cheap beer and sushi. Jackalope has cheap drinks, W Lounge has good music...
 
Not really a bar, but you need to be 21 to go to Bayou on State street. They have so....many....beers. And they have amazing southern bayou food. Definitely worth checking out. I don't really go to bars often though so I don't have more ideas for you.
 
go to vegas. then come back to slc the day after your actual birthday. thats what i did. drink in vegas and in slc. it'll be a super grand time.
 
doesn't matter. As long as they're serving somewhere, you'll be too drunk to care on your 21st...
 
Graci's can be awesome. Beerhove is pretty nice atmosphere but bring a lot of friends. Stay away from sand bar... Bunch of chubby chaser jersey shore wannabes in bedazzled man blouses.
