Tuning/detuning edges?

where should you tune/detune your edges, i know it helps on rails to detune underfoot but is there any part of the edge that should be sharper or duller other than underfoot.

well you want the other parts sharper so it can hold an edge... you don't need anywhere else to be dull though.

For like rails and shit u mite want to detune under the boot, and u basically want the rest of the ski to be about 90 degtrees, and ur aslo gunna want to detune the tips and tails, cus they will catch espescially is u've got a good deal of shape on the ski
