Tu Pac Shakur for sure, although I like biggie also, for me it seems like Tu Pac has more of a smoother style then Biggie, but Biggie is still the shit.

Tupac was definetly a better lyrisist than Biggie, but notorious was better at freestyling than Tupac and it shows in their lyrics. you can see that Tupac's Lyrics are deeper and Notorious is all about making money and sounding good

tough call, i guess i like biggie, tupac contradicted himself too much. they're both dope as hell tho, made a lot of classics.
