Tryolia/Head Mojo 15 with "Race Pro" vs. "Full Diagnol" heel

I know the full diagnol heel would be safer, but are there any performance differences? if so how much of a difference? Thanks!

i personally am in love with the full diagonal and am still hoarding mine from a few years ago and using them today. I do have Race heels on some of my skis too. Idk there really isnt much difference but it might be a mental thing feeling safer with the full diag heels....no performace difference at all.

Pretty much what I felt. I haven't had pre release problems with my diagnols(but haven't had as many days on them) and like them as much as the race heel so far. If anything I guess that the diagnols are safer so get them! Tyrolias are the best

ive had a few minor knee problems in the past, so that makes me want the diagnol heel. but these are going on a big ski, im even considering just getting the 18s, which all have a race pro heel...

im only 150ish pounds, but im planning on skiing a 12-13 din with whatever bindings i choose. im rambling now...

seems like its been 50-50 so far in this thread. anyone confirm the pre release issues the first guy mentioned? thanks and +karma

Ive never had any problems, or heard of any for that matter. A properly adjusted, working binding shouldnt be doing what was stated above.

If you are only 150 pounds and have have knee problems, the last thing you want is a 12-13 din on your skis.

well the injuries would be worse if my skis were pre releasing... and my knee injuries isnt too serious,
