True center mounted skis

a difference compared to what?

what do you ski? park, pipe, powder, all mtn?

what are the perentages, what kind of ski do you have?

it really depends on what ski cause core/true on some skis are pretty close together. i havent skiid core, or 2cm back from true, but i have skiid recommended and true. so ill go based on that. recommended lets you carve sharp/short turns. true center really only lets you carve long wide sweeping turns. you cant dive into a trun as much as core/2cm back. true is awesome, i love it. great for park.

core/2cm back i guess would just affect how you carve and the swing wieght. it will be a little unbalanced and carve better, thats it.

mine ar tru centered i haven't regreted it make switch stuff and balancing on rails easier i would recomend it but there your skis do what u want

my skis are recommended at center. haha but center does let you spin faster... and its sooooo easy to carve switch

exactly...true center is useless outside of the park.

If if you ride out of the park...go back some

It's not useless outside the park. It's just different. It feels like you're going faster than you are, and you sort of feel like you're diving when you're on anything really steep. And you have to lean back some in pow. But they still turn fine, and they ski amazingly well switch. It's a park thing, but it's not like you'll die skiing centered skis out of the park. If you ride a big giant ski hill like mammoth, I'd say no to center mount. A small hill, yes. It's just fun.

i hated it...way to much leaning back if you skiing anything steeper then the park

You're from Ontario... what reason would you have to lean back on groomed?? Just ski.

ive got them mounted at +5 now and towards the end of the year ill mount them true when there's no more powder, plus there so good in the park they would be sweet at true center.

I have my MSP's center mounted(my only skis right now), and I only get tip dive when im going slow. Either that or the heavy snow of the NW keeps me ontop.

Yeah. I came from PE's mounted +7.5 on 169, and they sucked for going switch. Now I've tried center mount, and its perfect for my all-around ski (40 park, 50 big mtn, 10 going backwards really fast).

my ar5s are true center and i love skiing them in the park and outta the park...i can still carve fine.
