played out...already, everybody should have left them to simon because they are already not nearly as cool cuz eveyrone does them now

i agree we should stop grabbing altogether its sooo played out

and spinning and shit too

leave it to the pros no one else is even as good as them

it takes away from how dank simon's are when you see groms trying straight air truck drivers because they watched the x games and thats the cool thing to do

thats like saying it takes away from tanners sweet huge floaty 3s when kids do penciled out 3s like 2 ft off the ground cuz they think it looks cool

^who cares? so i guess if someone does a 'dank' grab then no one else in the world can do one? well... i guess i give up skiing... I can't spin, i can't flip, i can't go backwards, i can't grab, can't ski bumps, can't ski pow.... SHIT I CAN'T EVEN SKI CAUSE OTHER PEOPLE DO IT.....

thats not what im saying, its that after the x games and tj and simon started throwing truckdrivers in stuff its become a huge fad..and its like a bad pop song that gets overplayed

and you cant say that you cant flip or spin because other people do, but if you get more specific than you can say that it gets played out

okay if this doesnt spell out my point exactly i dont know what does

yeah..

what?

excuse me what?

dont do it unless you can do it right?

how the hell are supposed to do it right without practicing

u definitely didnt do every trick right the first, second or even third and so on times so give ppl a break if they are tryin to get it right

if thats the trick they want to do so be it what the hell do you care what other ppl do on thier own time in the park

they certainly dont do it to please you and i dont see why you think they are

well obviously by posting that they did a truckdriver than they feel that they have mastered the trick, otherwise it would be a truckdriver attempt.

and your a tool

But when you first learn something it doesn'e always look good. so you have to keep trying at to make it look good. simon does it the best maybe but what about Jon's, or what about Cobly West who grabs the tips like a truck driver the point im making is let kids play around with it. its a fun grab to do while spinnig and if the kids having fun isn't that the most important thing here. everyone always misses that when they judge someone.

Jones

right im a tool because this kid thinks a grab is "played out" and i disagree with him and disagree with the fact that a trick can be played out, especially by kids just skiing for fun.

and where in posting truckdriver did it make it "obvious" that they felt they mastered the trick?

unless they say something like sick truckdriver its just saying that it was in the trick whether you think it looked good or not

rob you're poning that dude. i do recognize that truck drivers are a huge fad this year, as are japicals, but so were tails and mutes the last few years, and the same with japans and liu kangs in the beginning. and guess what, you all did them. truck driver straight airs are fun to do to just dick around. spinning with it is pretty hard, props to those who do it well.

Kip Dynamite also does a nice truck driver. At least thats what I thought when I saw him make them with his cab 7 at the Open big air.

uhmm..you wouldnt post something saying it was a cork when it was a backflip, would you?

kinda like how the video that i posted on there the kid said he did a 270-truckdriver-270 out, even though that is just kinda impossible lol

how can it possibly take away from what simon does? Unless you're memory (I'm being serious) is so poor that you can't remember who did the good truck driver, and who did the shitty one, then it isn't hard to recall.

That's like saying when kids do 360s, it takes away from Tanner Rainville's 360 in the X Games.

I have an idea...how about we stop skiing altogether. That way, no pro looks bad.

sorry, but I have to add more

I would argue the exact opposite of what you say. In fact, when people try what the pros do, it only makes the pro looks better, cause it solidifies the fact that the pros can do tricks well.

dumonts truckdrivers are more bent over and he doesn't grab the tip does he? i like it when your completely straight legged and grabbing the very tip.

i cant say that your wrong there. but it does take away from the essence of the trick when you see tons of people trying to do them..
