Troubles With My Macbook Pro

I got a new Macbook Pro a few weeks ago and recently every time I click on something it links me to a pop-up ad first, I have Ad Block Pro installed and turned off all of the pop-up features but it is still happening, I would really appreciate some help.

I am using Google Chrome, but it does it on Safari too.

I tried restoring the computer but everything is still exactly how it was before.
