Trouble with surface?

I bought a pair of One Life's from surface, and past acknowledgment that payment was received, no response. This was well over a month ago. I have messaged them on here and called the office many times. Anyone else having any problems? Not mad, I can't use them for a few months anyhow, just a bit concerned I may be out a buck seventy five.
 
Hopefully all is well. Great company that i'm happy to support, but the lack of communication is making me a bit uncomfortable.
 
I dono I had really good service when my toe piece pulled out It was super quick. They never sent me the free poles they were sapose to but o well still had a great experience and the skis are dope.
 
Ya man thats a bummer I talked to the guy ordered my skis and he sent them out the next day, they took a while to reply to email, but I got my ski's quick, I think it all depends on who you talk to, or which rep your working with.
 
wait their skis are already out? Link a site if they are...

I'm planning on getting No Times (nine lives this year). So I don't want to waste my money
 
well it took me a month to get my watch lifes because they just wrote my street name on the box, but more recently my nine lifes only took a week. Did you get em from Causwell?
