Trouble with APO customer service

Anyone else ever have trouble with APO? I've had my Kai Pros less than a year and the skis are trashed, half the edges ripped out, delam, core shots etc. Not trying to bash the actual skis because I like them a lot. Anyway I emailed APO twice within the last month and a half just asking for them to explain their warranty policy minus the legal jiberish and they never responded. Any ideas on what I should do next?
 
well if what you did to the skis doesnt fit in the warranty then theres nothing you can really do. i get that the legal gibberish might be confusing so maybe try and call them if they give a number?
 
Don't hassle the manafacturer, speak to the shop where you bought them from, it's usually more fruitful for you that way.
