Trouble spinning Forward 3's

So i have this mental barrier that doesnt let me do 3's the right way, I can only do the off of little thngs when messing around the mountain, but not off jumps, and when i do them they are super fast. I notice i look like i would for a 180 and stop looking, close my eyes and throw my legs around to finish the rotation, my upper body follows. I can get a switch 5, but can't seem to figure out regular 3's. PLEASE HELP!!
 
what i do is give a small pop and look over my shoulder to spot. this seems crazy obvious but it works best for me.
 
well as the best 3 coach mike atkinson ever said, to keep your eyes up, you must spot at 180 then spot the landing. The thing with 3s is, ya gota think balance. If arms start dropping on one side the trick is going to drop that way. To keep it clean keep it balanced and keep your vision OPEN and up. Just try them standing still. You will find it may tip just as you did on the hill. CCCR
 
come in with with a good pop that will help start to look over your soulder your body will folow when you can see the landingg stop looking over your shouolder and ride out like a thug
