Last year it was nothing for me to do cork 7's rodio 5's and plenty of other things on my trampoline. But now in the air the only thing i can do is a lincoln loop and flips. My real problem is i cant spin on axis when i try for some reason i always lean over in the air, and when i try to cork, i always fly forwards into my net and im doing a frontflip spin, what am i doing wrong?

the same thing happened to me. I was doing good on axis front and back flips, then i started working on corks and i couldn't go back to on axis stuff, so i started doing my frontflips and backflips with my arms out to the side and it helps me stay on axis. I dont know if that helps you, but give it a try!

I know it sounds crazy, but j JUMP STRAIGHT UP!! Do not start your flip until you jump straight up. I had to learn this when doing back flips flat on the ground, trust me, that was hard. But you gotta tell yourself, jump straight up, if you start leaning too much when you take off you will go in the direction you lean, so jump straight up. More height = more air = landed flip/spin/aerial

Ya good luck

Im curious to see if my advice helped.

I went through the same thing, and it worked for me.

So let me know if it helps.

Spin with your core

Your starting your spin to early, and only with your upper body. When you wind up so hard, and your momentum is generated only by your arms then you have two rotations, one with your upper body, and your lower body follows as a second rotation. Natually your going to tilt and go off axis because you don't really have a 'core' axis that your spinning off of.

Look.... not to hate or anything I 'm just trying to point something out. But when you go for rodoes and corks, all of your momentum is probably just 'chucked' in one direction and it comes around as a whole. However, when you go back to straight spins, you need more fundamentals. IMHO.
