terrible... the end.

I laughed once and that part was really funny, but it just didnt do it for me. Maybe it was because i watched pineapple express a few days before it.
 
i heard that tropic thunder is 400 times funnier than pineapple express btu i just saw on the news that the special olympics is uber pissed at tropic thunder for saying retard or soemthing
 
personally i thought tom cruise's character was the best in the movie. but definitely hilarious and worth my $9 at the theater.

to whoever said it was funnier than pineapple express though, thats simply not true
 
Ive seen many a movies.... i have experience. But the humor was just too basic for me, just too laid out and trying too hard. Most of it wasnt even things i could laugh at. The only thing that was funny was when jack black was tied to the tree and is like "ill suck your dick, ill swollow, cup the balls!" I laughed real hard at that.

The movie was poking fun at cliche comedy films with one-dimensional punchlines, which is why Robert Downey Jr. kept saying stereotypical token-black comments or why Jack Black kept making fart jokes.

With that being said, I think Robert Downey Jr.'s random token-black comments and the fake movie trailer with Jack Black in all the costumes made me laugh harder than any comedy film I've seen in theaters since Borat.
 
damnit, if only i saw this thread a few hours ago...

just came back from it, and it was terrible. what a waste of $10.75

the funniest part of the movie was hearing the couple in back of me moaning. i guess he finally found the gspot....

 
I thought it was hilarious, pretty much everyone in that movie was awsome funny. I thought it was way mor funny than step bros.
