Trix in SSX4

when i first saw the game i was super sketched out..but i mean look how this game is progressing along...the new vids make it look sick...so its not super realistic but there is some sick stuff...even little stuff just like company names and logos...i think if we keep waiting and give this game a try we will end up liking it

amped really appeals to the snowboardign community because its so realistic and close to the real thing. The snowboarding community is huge. If they came out with an amped for skiing, it would appeal to the freesking community wich is very very very small, and the sales for the game would be so small that there would be close to no chance that a company would ever want to make another realistic skiing game. The thing about ssx is that it is a fun game. People that dont ski will still think its fun to play. Liek it or not, having skiing in ssx is skiing only chance for a game right now. If it does well, who knows what will happen

This game will be so sick, the trailers looks nice. I dont like the monster tricks thing, but its SSX anyway. Cant wait to play this game and I hope everyone buy this game so we will be able to play more realistic newschool skiing games in the future. Good work EA!

yeah I was very very skeptical at first; however, after seeing the 1st of the recent in game clips that someone posted on the last page I am much more optimistic...did anyone notice the style of the skier? it was pretty steezey. I am definately keeping my fingers crossed for this one. I just hope that there is no predetermined way that you cork (like JMMT) you should be able to freely determine your axis rotation with a joystick or d pad. And of course they better have all the illnasty grabs and less of these "Monster' tricks that SSX is infamous for.

Well, you can't use two sticks to control rotations and grabs, because you initiate the Ãœber tricks with the right stick!

That game blows sking way out of proportion. you some of the tricks are soo sick, and there basically inposible to do in real life. So if youre looking for a sking game with the real stuff, keep looking.

 
that was the first trailor they made. they've scatched most of that stuff on there. i think that was before they had people from armada and line ect. helping out. check out the new trailors

There is no reason why you HAVE to do uber tricks or monster tricks. Your the one in control not the game. If taking the ski off bothers you DONT DO IT. Maybe to progress in the game yea you'd have to but thats about it. Eventually there will be a realistic skiing game, But in the mean time lets give this one a chance before we start hating on it.

 
I hope there will be deep powder and clifs on the top of the mtns like SSX 3.
