so u no how ppl say the sun is going to explode and are universe will be destroyed and wat not and are universe was created form sum big explosion do u think that wen are universe explodes its gonna create a whole nother smaller universe wiht liek different everything people will have 7 legs or dogs will be the supreme being
 
crazy thought but it wuld be an entirely diff world... why wuld u need legs if gravity was a tonne less... it wuld be so diff. and it might not be the worst idea, the human race overall is a massive failure
 
yeah i know how you feel man, i always think about space and shit. Like if there is anything else living outhere, or even humans on another planet or galaxy but they are 100's of years more advanced than us or something. It just bogles(sp?) my mind to think about it.
 
yeah our sun exploding would be incosequential to the universe. you have no idea how small the sun is in relation to the universe, so people who say that the universe will explode have absolutly no idea of what is going on. but believe it if you want to it makes no difference to me.
 
See, I hate how people think that life elsewhere is relevant to earth. Why do we think of aliens in such an earth-bound manner. Couldn't an alternate life form be round like a ball or a cloud of organisms identical to nothing we have ever seen.

Why do we depict aliens as having arms, legs, eyes, etc. I believe, if there are other life forms, they look nothing like anything on earth. Earth has a very original climate and setting. We say all living things need water, but how do we really know?
 
well ill be dead before then so no worries. i wish i was alive for our world to turn into chaos. that would be sweet, it would be like something in the movies
 
the sun exploding would have very little if any effect on the universe. as the sun's fuel runs out, it starts to burn faster and expand. i think it will be like up to the astroid belt or something. then it would collapse. but it happens all the time in the universe.
 
Other life could exist outside our 3 dimensional world, and we would only be able to detect it when it crossed our specifc reference plane. Like if your whole world was a piece of paper, these forth dimensional beings would have to cross the paper in order for you to sense thier presence in your 2-d world.

We might only be able to see a 3D shadow of the 4D being.

But anyways in that case and any other an alein will have adapted to its own unique climate, and its appearance will reflect it.

anyone who says the universe is gonna blow up w/ the sun is a dumbass conspiracy theorist. They should consider a job at the national inquirer.
 
stars collapse and explode all the time. They've been doing this for many years now. If you do a little research and use a powerful telescope, you can undoubtedly watch a star explode millions of years ago.
 
Probability states that life will be carbon based, reason being is that carbon bonds with so many other elements in so many ways. Star Trek did an eppisode on Silicon based life forms which is highly unlikley simply because of the chemistry behind life.
 
think about whats outside space. if the universe was created with a big bang and were just moving out then whats past us. now think about electrons and a neuclous and shit... we could just be and atom, or atoms could be universes.

Exactley, thank you I dont think people realise that this occurs all the time. You must understand how massivley large the universe that if our sun collapsed, only our galaxy would be affected, while the other billion galaxies would have no clue.

A cool thought is how big the explosion must have been that created everything and since there are over a million different galxies, is there life on them just like ours? there must be a planet that is in a similar positition to earth somewhere in the universe...so there must be life somewhere esle...Trippy.

wel maybe it would go sun than cause all the planets to go off and effect alot of things around it then eventualy everyting is exploding everywhere then poof we have anew universe
 
The Universe was essentially created for a man. As far as we know however.. We haven't met anyone else who could prove us otherwize. There may be aliens, but no one sane has ever seen them, so as far as the rest of us know, the universe was created for humans to consume and rule the other inhabitants of the earth (excluding humans).
 
i watched something on this, and you're absolutely right in a sense. the universe was , allegedely, orginally created with the big bang. with this bang, pockets of energy that resulted actually turned into what we know as life. the same thing will happen with our sun, Sol. it's explosion will destroy our solar system, but the energy resulting may lead to life around here again, and it is the only hope of that.
 
im pretty sure by the time the sun explodes we'll be capable of a mass exodus of our galaxy. thats just my opinion. think about how much we've progressed in the past 100 years. fuck that the past 1000 years. think about 5000 years from now. crazy ass shit.
 
if you're interested in this sorta thing, but realisticly, read "The Fabric of the Cosmos" by Brian Greene. all sorts of good stuff on time travel, and teleportation, which is very possible.
 
if our sun explodes it wont destroy the universe.. it will destroy like a couple solar systems... but no tthe whoel universe.. the universe is fucking massive and a small star like our sun could deffinately wile it out.. but think by the time that rolls around will have the technology to move planets.. not move planets litterally i mean liek move from solar systems.. cause its in the way way distant future.. liek its not even half way done i dont think... like sure it may destroy earth, but fuck look what were doing to it right now anyways.. we will probialy destroy it long before the sun gets a chance
 
i read somewhere that if the dinosaurs hadn't died out that veloci-raptors would be the dominant life species, because they had a very complex system of communication
