i searched a bit but there wasn't much
so my 17 dollar tripod from amazon finally was rendered useless after i lost a piece to it so now i can no longer use the shaky piece of shit. even if i hadn't lost a part, it is still time for a new tripod.
so i'm looking for a good tripod that's not insanely expensive. the criteria is somewhat light, not super bulky, simple to assemble quickly, and very sturdy. i will sacrifice some sturdiness for less weight but it needs to do a lot better than my current tripod. as of now i only use my tripod for night shots but i'd like to start using it more. i mainly don't use mine because it sucks balls and never works properly, so i need a significant upgrade
i looked around and everyone seems to say Gitzo makes the best ones, but i'm pretty sure you have to shit money in order to be able to afford a full gitzo pod. but looking for something somewhat high quality but maybe not in the gitzo price range because i already spent all my money on ski gear i don't need
so shout out some suggestions of tripods that have worked well for you or ones you know of working well, not just based off google
