TRIPLETS.....any good?

u get 3 skis incase u break one u have a back up ski, or if u and 2 friends put in u could get 2 pairs splitting the price from 2 people
 
my freind says the urbans are SWEET except he fucked the tip up after skiing on them for like 3 days but he said having the extra edges actually help sliding rails (thats what he said)
 
yah i them, there really good. I like them a lot. They are fantastic for regulat skiing. They feel pretty stiff but you can still butter around on them and stuff. They're great! - tony the tiger
 
How the fuck does that extra edge in the middle of the base do anything!? The problem that i get from rails is my sidewall/cap pulls away from the edges or my edges breaking, not taking core shots in the middle of my ski.
 
The Atomic extra edges run parellel to each edge about half a centimetre in.

The Elan MO2 is the ski with the edge in the middle of the base. I rode them as my park ski last year and while I agree that the edge does nothing at all for durability and protection, they are sick skis and more people should be riding them if they could get over their image problem.
 
...which proves my point. It's a very nice ski, it's really a shame that people aren't willign to give it a shot.
